As a result, this has led to a scarcity of high level quality candidates. The diversity of good quality candidates with suitable experience within the technology & digital sector are unlikely therefore to be available on the ‘open’ market. This means that they are unlikely to be identified through “conventional contingency based recruitment” routes such as Internet Job Boards, generic advertising and recruitment agency databases.
